Shipping Options

We offer the following two options.

Courier Guys (to your door)
-Items must fit into 35x45cm bag and be under 2kgs
-Overnight delivery, 2 working days if you are in an outlying area.
-We will include a shipping cost on our proforma/quote emailed to you.

Triton Express
-If your order takes up a lot of space or weighs more than 3kgs
-2 working days, 3 working days if you are in an outlying area.

Insurance is not included in our shipping quotes and the onus is on the purchaser to request insurance. Orders are considered delivered once the purchasers choice of shipper has collected the order from our dispatch.  We will ensure that your order leaves our store in perfect order. We will not be held responsible for broken/lost items because insurance was excluded. Claims for broken/lost items are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be directed to the shipper concerned, although we will do our best to assist the purchaser as far as possible. If you would like it to use your own shipper, please let us know and we will be sure to accommodate your needs.
